Beach Ready Treadmill Cardio Blast
- 5 min: 8% incline, walk 3.5mph
B. Run/Walk/Uptempo Sequence
- 1 min: 8% incline, sprint 7.0mph
- 1 min: Jump off of treadmill & perform bodyweight squats
- 1 min:15% incline, walk 3.5mph
- 1 min: Jump off treadmill & perform jump squats
- 1 min: 15% incline, walk 2.0mph alternating slow lunges on treadmill
C. Repeat the entire 1 min sequence (B.) 3x
- 5 min – 8% incline, walk 3.5 mph
TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES!
